Working out!

So I've been going to the gym before work at the prison. In the last year I have went from 29.5% body fat to 25% body fat. My lean muscle mass is now at 161 lbs. I went from a 38 inch waist to a 36. I now weight 212 pound. My goal is 185. I feel better, have more energy, and sleep better at night.

I came to realize that it doesn't matter if I wake up at 4am or 5am, I feel the same, so why not get up earlier and do something to get to where I want to be.

I have been doing Crossfit. It's an excersize program that you can do for free. the workout of the day (WOD) is posted on line. I LOVE IT! www.crossfit.com or www.vikingcrossfit.com

The family is good. Adalyn is getting big. starting to stand up to things. Brooke and I have the best relationship I think we ever have. It's awesome.

I started yet another job (yes #4). I am teaching EMT and AEMT classes for coleholland in West Valley. I am also testing this month for Springville Fire, and next month for Sandy Fire full-time. So wish me luck.
